Wow. That's something that makes me feel sad and happy all at the same time. Bitter-sweet. That's really cute that he comforted you. Do you two talk often?

Hahaha Facebook. I'm just about to write a blog that happens to be on that subject.
Well age is a matter of opinion. The guy I blogged about is practically 3 years older then me. I was sure he wouldn't be interested in me at all once he found out my age, but I was wrong. All of that just to say, there's always a possibility of him liking you regardless of age difference.
I guess you two being friends is probably a good thing right now especially if you're not into dating at the moment.
I do have to give you one warning (and hopefully this doesn't ruin things for you): Be sure that you two are ready before you start being more than friends. I know from experience that going back to being friends after a relationship is extremely hard.
Just keep that in mind for the future.
I changed my profile pic to one where you can't ecen see my face, but all the other pictures I put up I mkae sure and make it so only my friends can see them. My dad got one too, so I'm sure he checks up on me every once and awhile.
I can honestly say I admire you for not wanting to date right now. Sorry if that sounds odd. And the age difference isn't that bad.
