I've mentioned in a previous post that they say, when you have a dream about someone, it means that they have been thinking of you, or want to be with you.
I've been having dreams about Him lately. Maybe, he's been thinking about me.
If the saying about dreams is true, then he must have dreams about me every single night.
Yesterday, I went to the mall with Bria. I went in my Lolita dress, and i enjoyed it so much. I got some strange looks from others (because of the Gothic Lolita dress) but I loved it. After eating Japanese, we skipped over to the candy shop and bought each of us a lolipop. After that, we strolled into Sanrio Surprises (the Hello Kitty shop) and bought some adorable gothic pens, little sticker books, and pink stamps. Then, we stopped by the video game shop and played a bit of guitar hero.
It was a fun day. I felt like a gothic-victorian-doll in my lolita dress.

Ok I want to see the dress cause it sounds really cool.
You know, I don't think I've ever heard someone say they're too young to date. Seriously, that's really mature. Kudos. Serious relationships are the only ones worth being in really, and something that you need to be ready for.
My parents are uber strict about dating too...it's annoying at times.
Ahh Lenore, your day sounds like so much fun.
I'm obsessed with Sanrio and Hello Kitty and all things Deery-Lou
Oh and to Lonely Heart: My parents won't let me have a boyfriend but it's better that way. I mean they didn't just make up that rule for nothing! In the end it usually ends badly, and it's better to be shielded from these things.
Where I live, all the good guys ((the non-players) look for girls when they want to marry who never was in a relationship with someone else...they're more innocent and they get all that girl's love to themselves! Because truth be told, we never really forget whom we once loved.
OMG! You're dress is ADORABLE! Now I want one haha.
In response to peachy-pinklove, parents do have rules for reasons, and there's no denying that. And a common rule is no dating. That rules does save a lot of heartache, but that heartache is one of the ways we become more mature in a sense. But this is just me blabbing about stuff. I'm not advocating everyone should date.
Lenore, I hope you don't mind a very long comment.
This is just food for thought: The saying goes, "You have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find your prince." In some ways that's very true. The first guy you "fall in love with" probably isn't going to be the guy you spend the rest of your life with. There might be a couple guys before you find the one. But how are you going to find the one if you just sit there waiting. Again, I'm not saying poeple have to date right this second. You date when you're ready or when you're parents allow you to.
Love isn't a warm and fuzzy feeling: It's an action. It's a commitment between two people. So even if the girl has had a bf or two doesn't mean her prince charming isn't going to get all of her love.
Hopefully I didn't step on anyone's toes. I didn't mean to.
Are the dresses resaonably priced? This is the first I've heard about Lolita.
In my opinion, you have to experience love before you can ever truly understand what it is.
I totally understand what you mean by having a romantic friendship of sorts. I've had one and in a way I have one now. I didn't intend for that to happen, but it did.
Haha who hasn't read those books =P
Hmmm he could be like that with his friends, but that's something that can be hard to tell unless you're around him.
On the guy front, I'm still unsure. P. calls me every once and awhile right before he goes to bed. I just don't really know what to do right now other then learn how to deal with a lack of communication. Other then that I've come to realize that you find friends when you least expect it. This guy I knew wayy back when started talking to me again on fbook. We haven't talked for 12 or 13 years. And just like that we're best friends. Of course it just so happens he lives 3000 miles away.
Just my luck.
Oh I'm so sorry Lonely Heart, I only just saw your comments.
I think it's very interesting to see this from other people's point of view.
I guess you're right, love should be experienced before being jumped into.
But what about those people who get in arranged marriages? I know to people of the Western world, it seems like child abuse, but really.
Most of those marriages work. I think the reason why is because the two never met before their, marriage, so marriage was the biggest thing in their life, they don't have anything before it so they could've said 'Oh, marriage changed you.'
2/3 Americans get divorced.
I mean, what about the fairy tales? The prince and the princess? HE rescued her, then they married. THEN they got to know each other and love one another even more.
Hee hee, I know all this seems extremely out of date but....welcome to my country!
Not really, barely anyone gets arranged marriages anymore. But still.
So anyways, I hope this isn't too late and y0ou get to see it.
Aww I love when you wear something that you just feel gorgeous in, even though it's a little non-conventional! Great blog, too!! :D
